Job description

Balloon by Megavan — a brand of ALFARUQ Holding: tires and wheels for light, heavy, and special vehicles, B2B. Over 10 years in the Uzbekistan market.

We are looking for an SMM manager who creates content hands-on, not just strategizes. The brand has products, equipment, warehouses, services, and real people – enough material for photoshoots for years. We need someone who can turn this into engaging Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and other networks.
Developing weekly and monthly content plans.
Brainstorming and preparing ideas for posts, stories, and reels.
Creating content about products, services, promotions, and work processes.
Participating in photoshoots, and preparing content independently if necessary.
Basic editing: titles, subtitles, covers.
Creating banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
Tracking results: reach, engagement, leads.
Forwarding inquiries from social networks to the relevant department.
Organizing and maintaining the content archive.

REQUIREMENTS

1 year of experience in SMM, digital marketing, or content creation.
Editing experience in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software; Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
Ability to write readable text (copywriting skills).
Comfortable with taking photos using a phone or camera.
Keeping up with trends, good visual awareness.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Fluent Uzbek, working level of Russian.
Responsibility and adherence to deadlines.

TERMS

FIXED 4,000,000 UZS + an additional 4,000,000 UZS if KPI is fully met = up to 8,000,000 UZS from the first month.
Taxes are covered by the company, payments twice a month.
Schedule: 6/1, 09:00–18:00, in the office.
Official employment contract.
Photoshoots at company sites and events – occasional travel involved.
Lunch provided by the company.
Workplace: Tashkent, Sergeli district, Yangi Sergeli street, 35.

TO APPLY

Please include at least 3 examples of your work – links to accounts you have managed, or posts/reels you have created yourself. Applications without samples will not be considered. We will respond to every candidate within two business days.
